Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse complex business and IT issues to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and improve processes that deliver quality outcomes.
  • Identify, investigate, document, and communicate business needs, processes, risks, issues, and options.
  • Prepare influential memos and submissions to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Manage tasks and small projects, working autonomously or as part of a project team, to achieve objectives within specified timeframes.
