About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our team at Paramount Pictures. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and capital planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L variance analysis versus budget/forecast, to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with the finance team to collect and analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of accounting functions.
  • Strong business English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to challenges and issue resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude.
