Gold buyers are in high demand at various shopping centres across the country. We seek motivated individuals to join our team of experienced gold and precious metal buyers.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers to purchase unwanted jewellery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring positive interactions
  • Effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and negotiate sales
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety guidelines

We offer a competitive salary, commission, and superannuation, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Candidates must be available to work a flexible 7-day roster and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential.
