Job Title: Marketing Officer

The Marketing team plays a vital role in shaping and promoting the university's identity across Australia and internationally. Our team is responsible for delivering strategic marketing initiatives, managing brand integrity, and supporting internal stakeholders with high-quality advertising, creative production, and campaign services.

In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of advertising and marketing materials across the university. You'll review requests, offer marketing advice, write and edit content, and help ensure creative and written output aligns with our brand and style guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate Diploma in marketing or a related field and at least two years subsequent work experience including advertising and production, marketing campaigns, copywriting and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven experience in advertising and production media, including print, digital, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in business software (e.g. Microsoft Suite and project management tools) and the ability to learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of advertising and marketing materials across the university.
  • Review requests, offer marketing advice, and provide input on creative and written output.
  • Assist with the development of helpful resources for internal teams.
  • Contribute to smooth, timely service with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.
