Job Opportunity

To further develop our Health and Benefits presence in Perth, we seek a seasoned Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Western Australian H&B market and a proven track record in Group Risk Insurance and/or Private Health Insurance.


The Role
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for H&B in Western Australia to meet new business targets.
  • Provide high-quality service and support to existing H&B clients.
  • Build relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders, professionally representing our organization.
  • Collaborate with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office to integrate H&B solutions for existing and potential clients via RFPs.
  • Establish internal relationships with senior leaders, including the General Manager WA, Head of Sales H&B, Managing Director H&B, and other members of the H&B team.

Requirements
  • Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree are desirable.
  • Proven sales experience, driving sales initiatives, and identifying and closing opportunities.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as the sole H&B Specialist in the State.
  • Knowledge of a successful sales process, Group Risk, and Group Medical insurance.
  • Proven sales and service experience in the H&B or related market.
  • A strong network and understanding of the WA financial/benefits market.
  • Tier 1 qualification.
