About the Position

The primary role of this Content Developer is to produce high-quality multimedia content for our franchise partners. This involves collaborating with them to create customised video content that aligns with their goals and audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging short-form educational content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit videos to ensure a professional quality, paying attention to pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
  • Add captions, subtitles, and graphics to videos to enhance accessibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with franchise partners to develop video content that meets their specific needs.
  • Travel to franchise locations to capture on-site footage, including interviews, tutoring sessions, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Stay up-to-date with educational and digital media trends to create fresh, innovative content.
  • Organise and manage video files, editing assets, and equipment to maintain high production standards.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of polished content.
