About You

  • Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound knowledge and experience working with ageing individuals from an enablement, restorative, and wellbeing perspective.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal-oriented care plans, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with consumers, carers, and colleagues.
