Description

  • Manage the full accounts receivable function including invoicing, receipting, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolve account queries in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team.

Profile

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable function, ensuring that all customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate. You will also be required to monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments, resolve any queries in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records and assist with month-end reporting.
