Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in a FIFO role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of tradespersons, technicians and ancillary personnel within the process plant.

Job Description

About the Role

  • Ensure electrical compliance requirements are met according to relevant legislation
  • Provide leadership to the electrical team and fixed plant maintenance department
  • Work closely with the planning team to manage daily maintenance work plans and break-in tasks
  • Provide technical support for diagnosis of electrical faults and issues
  • Identify maintenance requirements and improvements to plant and equipment
  • Ensure technician coverage as required
  • Manage contract electrical teams as needed
  • Utilise Pronto as the primary maintenance management system
  • Order necessary spares, materials and consumables
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

About You

  • Hold current WA electrical licence
  • High Voltage switching certificate completed within last 24 months
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in a fixed plant mining environment specialising in maintenance of equipment such as crushers, mills, compressors etc.
  • Scheduling, fault finding, report writing and budgeting experience
  • Unrestricted manual driver's licence
  • S26 exposure, certificate or ability to obtain certificate
  • LVR/CPR completed within last 12 months
