Job Summary

The Site Coordinator role is a pivotal position within our organization. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the site.

You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with environmental standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities include solving problems to improve and ensure safe and environmentally sound site activities, setting safety audit schedules with the Safety committee, coding supplier invoices as assigned, monitoring and managing the T2 inventory and other customer returns, arranging contractors to correct or inspect site-building and equipment, writing procedures and training for the site on safety and sustainability, administrative duties including office consumables and site functions, monthly reporting and data gathering on WHS and sustainability, and after-hours access for site security or urgent maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in logistics, operations, or warehouse/facility administration
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety; you champion the rules
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work across teams and levels
