We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for providing personal care services such as assisting clients with daily living tasks, administering medications, and providing social and emotional support.

You will also be responsible for providing home help services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Experience in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle
