**Cleaning Supervisor Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and mentoring junior staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices
- Collaborate with senior management on staff-related matters and contribute to the development of cleaning procedures
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Manage administrative tasks, including incident reporting and staff rosters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and implement policies accordingly
- Respond promptly to client queries and resolve any issues that may arise

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control and hard floor maintenance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Valid work rights in Australia
