We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our team in a medium-sized aged care home.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the home, ensuring that residents receive the best quality of care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

  • Leadership Role: Confidently lead a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistant in Nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Care Planning: Monitor and regularly review resident care plans, making updates as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, paramedics, and allied health specialists, to achieve strategic goals and provide comprehensive care.
  • Supportive Environment: Liaise with facility managers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in the aged care sector
  • Solid knowledge of ANACC, care planning, Aged Care standards, and auditing
  • Full working rights

Prior experience as a Care Manager within aged care or similar, along with a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, would be highly desirable.
