Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team at Napier Street Children's Centre. As a key member of our dedicated and supportive team, you will be committed to creating an outstanding learning environment for children.

  • This is a full-time position with consideration for a 4-day workweek.
  • You will have flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
  • Above award wages with weekly pay will be provided.
  • Placement in Nursery or Toddler Room will be considered.
About Our Centre

Napier Street Children's Centre features delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, equipped with the latest technology and learning resources. We cater for up to 120 children and operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You
  • You must hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential.
  • Proven experience as an Educator within an early childhood service is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • A current Working with Children Check is mandatory.
  • A First Aid certificate is also required.
