Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to coordinate our direct marketing campaigns. As a pivotal member of this team, you will be responsible for executing acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across various channels.

Support the implementation of our long-term member engagement strategy to drive product penetration. Contribute to the development and delivery of member engagement and contact activities to enhance satisfaction and sales. Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and monitor campaign performance.

Track all campaigns and report results across all channels. Coordinate the end-to-end direct marketing process in collaboration with product marketing teams. Execute campaigns for mail, eDM, and SMS channels.

About You

As a confident and passionate individual who thrives in a high-performing culture, you will:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Have knowledge of contemporary direct marketing practices.
  • Have experience coordinating direct marketing and communications activities.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Be able to analyze and interpret data.
