Aviation Store Associate: We seek experienced store personnel for our Melbourne Airport operation.

The ideal candidate will perform warehousing duties in an aviation environment, including receiving and dispatching aircraft parts, tooling and orders according to company policies and regulatory requirements. This includes

  • experience in stores duties;
  • software competency (Aerotrack, TRAX, Workday, MS Office);
  • a valid state drivers license;
  • receipt/inspection knowledge;
  • excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • a safety-first approach;
  • valid work rights in Australia.

The following qualifications, experience and licenses will be highly regarded:

  • Certificate III Warehousing and logistics;
  • Forklift License (LF);
  • Dangerous Goods awareness;
  • Authority to Drive Airside (ADA);

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and dispatch aircraft parts, tooling and orders according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean and organised warehouse.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in stores duties;

Software competency (Aerotrack, TRAX, Workday, MS Office);

Valid state drivers license;

Receipt/inspection knowledge;

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;

Safety-first approach;

Valid work rights in Australia;

Certificate III Warehousing and logistics;
