Fashion Sales Representative

A Sales Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the store's sales and revenue.
This involves putting customers first, offering assistance, and sharing product knowledge.
- Provide outstanding customer service by being proactive and responsive to customer needs.
- Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities and create an appealing shopping environment.
- Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room efficiently.
- Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Support customer purchases and returns at the register by being patient and courteous.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills, including stress resistance and prioritization.
- A customer-focused mindset that prioritizes customer needs while representing the brand as a champion of excellent customer service.
- Fashion knowledge and a genuine interest in fashion trends to effectively communicate with customers and stay up-to-date on new styles.
- A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to approach and fulfill customer needs by providing personalized recommendations and promotions.
