An exciting opportunity is available for a Management Accountant to join a growing retail group supporting expansion across Europe. The role will be based in the CBD, focusing on integrating financial practices, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful reporting and analysis. As a Management Accountant, you will immerse yourself in the financial operations of two dynamic retail brands as they continue their journey of growth throughout Europe.

  • Conduct comprehensive month-end reviews of state and divisional cost centres across Europe to ensure accuracy and integrity in journals and accounting treatment of transactions.
  • Oversee monthly store expense reviews for European operations, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Produce detailed weekly labour reports for all European brands and markets, providing valuable insights into workforce costs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in financial analysis within a multi-brand or multi-market environment, ideally within retail or consumer goods sectors. They will possess strong skills in preparing comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and projections that align with organisational strategies while ensuring consistency across multiple business units.
