About the Role

We seek an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead a dynamic team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans for timely and within-budget delivery of complex engineering projects.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with Verbrec's Project Delivery Platform.
  • Prepare and submit proposals aligned to strategic objectives, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to positively influence project outcomes.
  • Identify and capture lessons learned, sharing key insights with other Business Units to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in engineering consulting.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
  • Commercial experience in engineering services contracts.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects over $30M in value.
  • Excellent communication, team, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Able to build and develop a high-performing team.
