Communications Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role involves delivering high-quality internal and external communications to support a leisure company's business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage industry awards and thought leadership opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, coordinate PR activations, write and pitch media stories, build journalist and stakeholder relationships, collaborate with venues to source and share good news stories, assist with national campaigns, content shoots and social media, and travel occasionally to venues for content and media events.

  • Coordinate public relations activities and famils at various venues
  • Write and pitch media articles for 250+ Australian and New Zealand venues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with venues to identify and share positive stories
  • Support the development of national campaigns, content creation, and social media initiatives
  • Manage a calendar of industry awards and thought leadership opportunities
  • Provide administrative support and documentation

Key Responsibilities:
