Electrician BESS Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Western Sydney.

About the Role

The successful applicant will install, maintain and troubleshoot Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission BESS systems according to manufacturer specifications
  • Conduct electrical testing, diagnostics and repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver timely and efficient installations
  • Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for system installations and maintenance activities
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • A recognised electrical trade qualification with a valid electrician's licence in Australia
  • Experience working with energy systems particularly BESS or similar technologies
  • A strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Certification in CEC design and installation of BESS
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
