Security is a top priority in today's digital landscape, and companies are looking for highly skilled professionals to lead their security operations teams. As a Principal SecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing the company's security strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, with experience working with AWS cloud security, including security architecture, threat detection, incident response, and governance. They will also have a deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

Key responsibilities will include leading the SecOps team, providing technical guidance to engineers and other security professionals, and ensuring that security is integrated throughout the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud security architectures, conducting regular security assessments and audits, and leading security incident response efforts.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of successfully managing security incidents and a deep understanding of security best practices and incident response workflows.
