Gold Processing Specialist

About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team of professionals working across all designated sections of the processing plant, including crushing, milling, and leaching. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the plant, monitoring and controlling processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular sampling, testing and quality control as per operating standards and procedures
- Monitor, analyze, adjust and control the process to meet targets
- Record and report measurements, observations and variances accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the plant
- Safely utilize plant and equipment
- Ensure processing targets are safely achieved
