We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service, administer sales consultations and maintain showroom displays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in evaluating their decorative and soft furnishings needs, providing meaningful solutions.
  • Conduct sales consultations in the showroom, ensuring a professional presentation and attitude.
  • Maintain showroom samples, displays, and stock, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, quoting, and point of sale operations.
Requirements:
  • A background in window furnishings or measuring/quoting experience is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills is required.
  • Prior customer service experience (minimum 1 year) and sales administration experience (preferably 1 year) are necessary.
  • The ability to work Saturdays and commit to regular part-time hours (24-32 per week) is also required.
