We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry, with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences. They will be required to work a rotating roster, including early morning shifts, and will need to have reliable transportation to and from work.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of care and attention
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Eftpos and cash handling systems
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee products to customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
