
Cash Management Specialist

Job Overview:
The primary role of a Graduate Accounts Receivable Officer is to oversee the collections process, ensuring timely payment from customers. This includes forecasting cash collection and managing customer accounts in accordance with established policies.
Responsibilities:
- Collection of overdue invoices within the agreed-upon timeframe
- Forecasting 30-day cash collection to meet the finance team's requirements
- Reconciliation of customer accounts with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners
- Collaboration with credit analysts, sales teams, and customers to ensure optimal credit limits
- Resolution of customer claims queries and processing of outstanding claims
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables)
- Proactive and results-oriented individual with good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit management
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
