The Role

- Provide personal care assistance with daily living
- Assist with medication delivery and administration
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Maintain accurate healthcare documentation as required
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or relevant qualification
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work in a tight-knit team and take direction as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for various shifts throughout the week
