Astley's Plumbing and Hardware is seeking a skilled trade professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers, sell products, and meet customer needs.
  • Serve existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new relationships.
  • Submit orders by referring to product information.
  • Liaise with the branch daily to organise deliveries.
  • Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity reports.
  • Monitor market trends by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Recommend changes in products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Effective sales process from inception to execution.
  • Maintain an orderly appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge in hardware and plumbing advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The role involves regional travelling and representing the brand. A full-time position based in the Dubbo office.
