Key Responsibilities

  • Process a range of planning applications, including VicSmart and subdivisions, and provide efficient advice to Council's Business Concierge Officer.
  • Provide clear and technical advice to applicants, the public, Council, and other bodies on statutory planning matters.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations on applications and present at the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal when required.
