Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive care for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their dignity and well-being are respected at all times.
  • Empower clients to develop essential life skills, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Support community engagement, fostering social connections and relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized support plans, prioritizing empathy and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A strong client-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in Behaviour Support or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above).
  • Ability to provide physical support, including mobility assistance and transfers.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including Saturdays, with a minimum commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region, including Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina.
