Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Sydney, Newcastle, or Canberra built environment team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading successful multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects on time and to budget. You will also be responsible for applying your significant experience in structural engineering to solve the problems of our clients using an innovative and design-led approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead successful multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects on time and to budget
  • Apply your significant experience in structural engineering to solve the problems of our clients using an innovative and design-led approach
  • Proven experience working on a diverse project portfolio across health, education, infrastructure, data centres, commercial projects, and more
  • Share your experience of working within Australian engineering codes, standards, and practices with your diverse team
  • Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible
  • Enjoy collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally, as we utilize our people across ANZ and beyond to solve our clients' problems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant technical qualification and chartered status
  • Significant experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and to budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with both your peers and clients
  • A passion for innovation and sustainability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the communities we serve
