Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Wholesale to join our Sales team in QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting an existing customer base, developing strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory/region
  • Maintain close contact with nominated customers to assist in growing breadth of NHP products within their branches
  • Facilitate and coordinate all activities associated with project-related work
  • Ensure CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities and current information on contact details and opportunity pipeline
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to assist and further develop sales target levels within the assigned territory/region
  • Manage and facilitate all training and promotional events
Requirements
  • Dynamic and adaptive person with a passion for the industry
  • Ability to listen to customers, read a room, and translate needs into business solutions
  • Outstanding communicator with strong customer relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
