Product Sourcing Specialist

As a Category Lead, you will oversee procurement initiatives for construction and hard services.
- Ensure necessary products are sourced on time to enable properties to commence operations.
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations on complex supply arrangements, driving efficiency and value outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks to minimise negative impacts while encouraging opportunity and innovation.
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Provide timely and accurate communications to relevant parties.
