The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at Connect2Care, you will be part of a diverse team of professionals. Your role will involve providing evidence-based interventions to clients through various service delivery methods, including telehealth, community visits, and center-based services. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments and delivering interventions for clients with diverse disabilities
  • Collaborating with the NDIS to enhance clients' functional abilities, capacity, and social participation
  • Providing recommendations and assessments for assistive technology as needed
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and report writing
  • Managing a diverse caseload effectively
  • Meeting professional expectations, including productivity and client management
  • Participating in meetings, supervision, and professional development as required
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and referral sources
  • Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools for service delivery

New Graduate Program

Connect2Care has designed a comprehensive New Graduate Program to facilitate a smooth transition for recent graduates entering the workforce. This program provides robust support, equipping new professionals with the skills necessary for a successful career, spanning over 12 months from the moment you join our organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess or be able to obtain the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Professional registration specific to the discipline (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check & International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
