With a presence in every major population center across the country, we employ over 19,000 Australians, serving more than 1.7 million customers each week and delivering over 125 million Australian beef patties annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends to determine product mix and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to maintain optimal levels.
  • Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and determining additional promotional needs.
  • Plan in-store promotional displays and decide on pricing to execute specials based on demand.
  • Enforce health and safety standards for compliance and safety.
  • Handle financial tasks, such as budgets, sales targets, and cash management of the restaurant.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ascertain the quality and standards of all sale items in accordance with Hungry Jack's Corp. guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a related or relevant field.
  • Masters' in business/management or hospitality or a related field.
  • Australian work experience is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Superior management skills.
  • High level of flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Great verbal communication skills.
  • Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.

Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
