The Zero Carbon Program Lead will oversee the delivery of the Council's Net Carbon Action Plan 2020-2025. This role aims to reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions and enhance energy efficiency in key infrastructure, buildings, horticulture, civil, and environmental services.

This position requires a proven track record in coordinating major energy efficiency projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential for successful project outcomes. Additionally, the candidate must have a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD).
