Overview

 

The Regional Application Centre plays a pivotal role in delivering large-scale, high-impact electrical distribution and automation solutions across APAC. We are seeking an experienced Customer Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from cutting-edge data centres to energy infrastructure.

 

  • Manage large, multi-technology projects across APAC, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with global suppliers for integrated MV/LV, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships throughout design, procurement, and execution phases.
  • Identify and manage project risks, changes, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Schneider's Customer Project Process.
  • Provide expert input to sales, tendering, and peer project managers.

 

We seek an individual with:

  • 8+ years' experience managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in managing Complex O&G, Multi-technology / Datacentre projects.
  • Experience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integration.
  • PMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months).
  • Proven stakeholder engagement up to executive levels.
  • Strong commercial, contract, and financial acumen.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis.
