Mental Health Programs Coordinator

As a Mental Health Programs Officer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of group programs aimed at promoting mental well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the strategic review of existing programs to identify areas for improvement;
- Developing and implementing new programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients;
- Monitoring and reviewing program outcomes to ensure effectiveness;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community-based initiatives;
The successful applicant will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Relevant experience in program design, evaluation, and implementation is highly desirable.
This is a 10-week contract position located in Canberra, AU.
