Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team in Canberra. This role will involve delivering complex procurements, leveraging expertise in procurement and contracting lifecycle, and building client capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver significant procurements for the Commonwealth, including ICT, Materiel/Defence, and general procurement.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of Commonwealth Government procurement and contracting lifecycle to drive business outcomes.
  • Support or lead various work streams, such as RFQ development, approach to market, evaluation processes, contract management, compliance assessment, gap analysis, risk assessment, pricing, and value-for-money assessment.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in procurement and contracts within the Federal Government.
  • Cert IV in Procurement & Contracts or equivalent desirable.
  • Baseline security clearance (NV1 and above highly desirable).
