About the Role

  • Carefully pack and unpack customer office and warehouse items, ensuring their safety and security.
  • Load and unload vehicles efficiently, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Complete paperwork accurately, utilizing a tablet when necessary.
  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the uplift and delivery process.
  • Promote a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles, equipment, and warehouses.

About You

  • Hold a heavy goods driving license (MR minimum).
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, being friendly, helpful, honest, and proactive.
  • Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Be reliable, hardworking, and committed to teamwork.
  • Cultivate a positive personal appearance and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and physical exertion.
