Driving Business Growth in Oncology

About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in developing and implementing commercial strategies and programs that increase value for our patients.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the annual commercial planning cycle, including execution analysis and sales forecasts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team preparing for the launch of a new medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing market and customer insights to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives
  • Managing P&L of assigned brands and meeting/exceeding commercial KPIs
  • Championing high-value customer experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-making responsibilities
  • Demonstrated OCO/MCE marketing skills
  • Leadership/influence without authority
  • Record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of the oncology therapeutic area
  • Flexible, customer-focused attitude

Education/Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business
  • Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications preferred
