About Our Fleet Maintenance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campervan Mechanic to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our APAC Regional Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our fleet of campervans at the highest standards.

This position ensures that our campervans are consistently delivered in top condition, enabling customers to enjoy unforgettable journeys. You will execute all processes and procedures related to maintaining our campervans, including systematic inspections, diagnosing problems, performing maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting campervan appliances.

  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
  • Update vehicle information systems according to established procedures
  • Ensure efficient movement of campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depots
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing routine maintenance tasks on our campervans, ensuring they meet our high quality standards
  • Identifying and resolving any technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and inconvenience to customers
  • Providing exceptional service, delivering an outstanding customer experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar program in the automotive industry
  • At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs; experience in campervans is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills
