Embark on a 12-month journey to accelerate your learning and development as an occupational therapist. Our graduate program is designed to provide a supportive environment where you can grow professionally.
We're committed to empowering people with disability, of all ages, to 'get more out of life today'. Our program offers an immersive 12-week experience followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
- You'll have the opportunity to work in the NDIS, which can be deeply fulfilling and rewarding. We understand that it may also bring some nervousness about your new role.
- You'll have the flexibility to choose where you work, whether from home, a favourite café, our clinical hubs, or team spaces – it's up to you.
- Our program includes weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training. These resources will help you navigate your new role and build your skills.
