Healthcare Project Manager

About the Role

Brisbane North PHN is seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead our Healthy Ageing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of projects and initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of people in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience working in the healthcare sector, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate projects and initiatives within the aged and community care scope of work.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify business development and innovative opportunities, and write project and funding proposals to address identified needs.
  • Implement data collection processes to gather information and report on project activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health or social care-related field (preferred).
  • Experience and knowledge of the health and aged care sectors.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Skills in stakeholder engagement and change management.
