Role Summary:
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Provisional Fellow in Anaesthetics to join our dynamic team at a major public teaching hospital in Sydney.
The successful candidate will provide anaesthetic services to Intensive Care, Pain Medicine and Preoperative Assessments, while developing their skills and expertise in general anaesthesia.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level patient care whilst developing competence required for independent practice in general anaesthesia.
- Act as a role model in providing customer service and maintain confidentiality.
- Conduct research activities to acquire knowledge and skills required to critically assess research literature.
- Teach other clinical staff to ensure an optimal learning environment and promote growth and development of others.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Eligibility: Registration as a Medical Practitioner with APRHA.
- Clinical Experience: Completion of four years of accredited ANZCA Training.
- Professional Development: Evidence of involvement in continuing professional development.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
