Responsibilities include:

- Organizing maintenance tasks
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Registration certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in real estate management
- Familiarity with relevant software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of local area
- Professional appearance
This is a full-time position located in Sydney. The salary package includes an attractive remuneration plus commission, car allowance, and mobile phone benefits.
