About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Host to join our team. This dynamic individual will work in one of Sydney's most exclusive cocktail bars, serving premium beverages and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Upsell and promote premium drinks and services to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury venues or private homes.
  • Sound knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, as well as classic and signature cocktail preparation.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with current trends and industry developments, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, plus extras based on performance and client feedback. With fixed hours (Thursday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts) and a focus on work-life balance, we prioritize the well-being and success of our team members.

Availability & Reliability: We require flexibility and reliability, with a preference for Monday to Sunday availability. However, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are mandatory for this role.

Legal Working Rights: Permanent, Working Holiday, or Student Visas are acceptable.
