Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the transportation operations, ensuring seamless logistics management across the national transport network.

  • Supervise a team of coordinators and drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective freight dispatch and delivery.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic transport route planning, scheduling, and optimisation initiatives to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on critical transport metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all transportation operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards, thereby maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior-level transportation or logistics management roles, along with excellent knowledge of transportation planning and strong commercial acumen.
