Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist/Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and assisting with floral arrangements and display merchandise in an attractive and inviting manner.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards. You will also be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • Floristry experience and qualifications
  • Retail experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • A happy and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available for a minimum of 2 full days during the week
  • Teamwork and independence, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
