We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely results.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing relationships with customers regarding data quality, QAQC procedures, instrument calibration and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication and relationship management with new and existing customers about all aspects of instrument performance and data quality.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures that improve PhotonAssay data quality globally.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or science or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in a laboratory or quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of international compliance and standardisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder relation management experience.
